When you join our email list, we collect the email address you provide so Luxe Itineraries can send occasional travel news, updates, and itinerary inspiration. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in future emails.

When you submit a trip inquiry, we collect the contact information and travel details you choose to share. We use that information to respond to your request, understand your travel preferences, and provide travel consulting services. We retain inquiry records so we can manage the conversation and relationship with care.

We use privacy-conscious, first-party website analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site and whether a visit leads to an inquiry or email-list signup. These analytics may include anonymous visitor and session identifiers, pages viewed, navigation and button clicks, outbound links, downloads, form activity, scroll depth, general device and browser category, referral source, campaign tags, time spent, an approximate country and region, and an approximate city supplied by our hosting network. City map coordinates are rounded and represent network-level estimates, not a visitor’s precise position. The anonymous visitor identifier distinguishes repeat visits on the same browser; it does not identify a person across browsers or devices. We do not store anything entered into form fields as analytics. We also do not store IP addresses, GPS locations, postal codes, names, email addresses, or exact device fingerprints in our first-party analytics records.

We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage, and interactions. Google may use cookies and collect information about a visitor’s browser, device, interactions, and approximate location in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form-field contents, or trip-inquiry details to Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. If you would like us to update or remove information you have shared, please submit a note through our journey inquiry form.
